she's not fucking felicia

so this is the soap opera addict talking but ... the new felicia on general hospital is not fucking felicia.

ok. so kristina wagner has played felicia jones since since she originated the role in 1984. now, because she wanted to go back to school, ABC fucking recast the role. and just when her character was starting to get attention again. and especially since the attention is regarding an old storyline. see, years ago, felicia's daughter maxie needed a heart transplant, which she got from her cousin B.J., because she was in a car accident and was going to die, so you know, two birds, one stone. so now years later, a new maxie is having heart problems and the old storyline is rekindled. and it doesn't feel the fucking same when yesterday kristina wagner was telling maxie to keep on fighting and today it's a stranger pretending to be felicia.

i mean, i shouldn't be too mad. this happens on soap operas all the time. it wasn't too long ago that GH recasted the role of carly mid-week, but seeing as how i really haven't cared about carly since sarah brown quit the show, it didn't really phase me, especially since i tend to hate the whole carly/sonny storylines. give me the quartermaines, especially tracy, any fucking day. and now that kari wuhrer is on the show ... fuck her.

maybe it's time i start obsessing over all my children or one life to live or young and the restless or as the world turns again. hell knows i have the time for it ... i miss work ...
