oh my

So I again have not posted for about a week. Things have been a little odd. I had a cold which turned into bronchitis. It's the first time I had bronchitis, and I didn't like it very much. There's just something about coughing up blood and coughing so much that you almost lose your voice because you've coughed until it feels like you're rubbing sandpaper up and down your throat everytime you even breathe to make you not ever want to get sick again. But I went to the doctor, got antibiotics and decongestants and the good cough syrup, and everything's just dandy now.

T-Day was also all right. I spent it with Dar, who made a mean tofurkey and an even meanner cheesecake. I think I've dreamt of that cheesecake.

Um, besides that, haven't been up to much besides reading comics and sleeping. I mean, I only worked a day and a half last week. Geez. And last week I think I averaged 11 hours of sleep per day. Yeah. I should start working on the freelance assignment I picked up last week because it's due Dec. 19. Gah.

In other news, I go to the dentist tomorrow. For the first time. In around 14 years. I think. I can't remember the last time I went to the dentist, but I'm pretty sure it's around the time my last permanent teeth came in. So yeah. It's been a while. And I'm just a little apprehensive about it. I mean, I know there's much wrong in there, but to have a trained professional tell me there's lots wrong in there, well, I'm not much looking forward to that. And knowing that I'll be spending a lot of time (and money) at the dentist in the coming weeks, if not months. Gah.
