my chrismakkuh list, part two: electric bugaloo

so i realized i left a couple of things off my list yesterday, so just in case santa and the hanukkah zombie are reading again today, here's my addendum.

• a new messenger bag (seriously, my current one is basically being held together by safety pins. while however semi-punk that may be, not really all too safe for my stuff. irony at work, really.)
• a pea coat (i've been wanting one of these for years and always tried to find one at a thrift store, but it never happened. and i've never slept or dated any sailors, so stealing one from them was never in the picture. sigh.)
• a scarf or two (i've come to the realization that although i love cold weather, i'd love it more if i were ever actually prepared for it. i have nothing but thin coats and sweaters, except for the one coat that i use as my winter coat that i can hardly move in. and my beanies are all too big for my head [because i lost all the ones that fit me perfectly long ago, including this one really awesome one that used to belong to my dad]. and i can never find my gloves. but you know, my neck gets cold, too. and i'm afraid to wear my turtlenecks since joel said they're not cool. not that i only wear what joel says is cool. maybe i'll wear my turtlenecks and not leave my apartment, that way there'll be no chance of joel seeing me and mocking. yeah, that'll work. what was i talking about? oh yeah, i need a scarf.)
• a repair kit for glasses (a screw fell out of my favorite pair of sunglasses a while back, and i keep forgetting to buy a repair kit. and i'm getting tired of wearing my backup sunglasses. gah.)
• rechargable batteries for my digital camera (because i'm tired of wasting so many AA batteries)
