It finally feels like the holidays for me. Last year I started a new tradition for me. It was called not going to Brownsville, staying in my apartment, eating pizza, drinking beer, and watching 24 hours of A Christmas Story on TBS. A Christmas Story is one of the only good childhood memories I have of the holiday season. Yeah, that beats out all the drunken family fights, but only by a longshot. But I'll be expanding my movie viewing this year. Tomorrow, after the 24 hours of A Christmas Story are over, I'll be watching Gremlins, which is possibly my second favorite Christmas movie. Although I think if I ever see Christmas Evil that that will be my second favorite, but nothing will ever beat A Christmas Story. What also disturbs me is that lack of Hanukkah movies. I mean, are there even any? And if so, what are they? I have a feeling I'll be doing this research tomorrow. OK, now back to A Christmas Story. And be sure to drink your Ovaltine.
