not-wicker man

i just saw a review on news 8 about the remake of the wicker man (which should've never been made in the first place because the original was great). and the review says as much. it really makes me wonder if the only movie nicolas cage was good in was valley girl. and i mean, come on, he took his last name from luke cage, a comic book character created at the height of blackspoltation (or however you spell it). anyway. glad to see i'm not the only one locally wishing this remake had never been made. oy.
