why are you spamming me, capital city men's chorus

i just got an e-mail from capital city men's chorus, which apparently is a gay male chorus. only the thing is, i never signed up to receive e-mails from them. nor, after looking at a list of members on their website, do i know anyone in the chorus who may have added me to the mailing list because they thought i'd like it. i don't know why i even bothered to look at the member list because i already knew i wouldn't know anyone on the list because i don't have any gay friends! although i did find it funny that one of the member's has the last name "gaeta". ha!

so, really, i just want to know how the fuck they got my e-mail address. because it's not like i give out my e-mail address to just anyone. i probably shouldn't be too upset about this, but, you know, i am. i'm not involved in the gay community. the gay community kind of annoys the fuck out of me. and i'd be reacting the same way if i had gotten spam from, say, the public library.
