go, medium, go

the go is rather an A for people doing their homework. see, i'm playing catch up before it's season premiere, meaning i'm watching the second half of last season. right now i'm watching the 11th episode of the third season, which features a character that's appeared before. said character is a texas ranger. anyway, he was just on the phone with patricia arquette's character, and he was standing in front of a building, and in front of the building was a sign that said department of public safety.

thank you. considering texas has a department of public safety instead of a department of motor vehicles (unlike most other states), and that the texas rangers are part of the dps, well, it was nice to see someone didn't just assume.

it also reminds me how i always have a problem when i read something that says the new york supreme court ruled on something, because it makes me wonder if they actually did, or if someone didn't do some research, since the ny supreme court is a trial court, while the highest court in the state is the court of appeals (unlike most other states).

and...back to medium. then possibly some sulking.
