killing. me.

uh, yeah. today through friday are going to kill me. possibly. i work lunch shifts at my delivery job today through friday, which means i go in at 11. which means i wake up at 10 and caffeinate. except i've had insomnia for the past two nights. i know it's stress related. which is probably why i insisted to myself that i have lunch with angela on tuesday (well, that and i haven't seen her since december). the stress is coming from my seasonal job. we start our last testing of training tonight, with one test tonight and two thursday night. i have my accuracy down, but my speed isn't quite, um, up to speed. it's close. our speed is measured in documents per hour. the required speed to pass (and come back after thursday) is 17 dph; as of yesterday during practice, i'm at 15 dph. close, but not close enough. now, i know i shouldn't be stressing about it because, well, of the three tests we're taking, we only have to pass one of them. in fact, the third test is retaking of one of the previous two tests, and we get to choose which one we retake.

but i'm mandoing about it. i got about 4 hours of sleep monday night, and about the same last night. and i start a one-week freelance assignment today, having to go pick up the work at 3 (which i can do because the delivery service i work for closes down from 2:30 to 4:30 monday through thursday). then i get out of my delivery job at 6, go into my seasonal job at 6:30, get out at midnight, and, um, i guess i'll come home and work on the freelance stuff, maybe get some sleep, and wake up at 10 a.m. thursday and repeat the whole thing. what will really through me off is, if i pass my tests, then my friday will be me working delivery from 11 to 5, depositing my paycheck, then rushing off to my seasonal job to be there by 6, where i'll be doing paperwork for 8 hours and then be laid off.

gah. can we fast-forward to saturday already? i can totally just handle my saturday night delivery shift.

shite man, I'm impressed you've got the dates and times down. sheesh, I was getting confused.

though, technically, not a tough thing to do these muuussshy brain dead days.

ha! the only reason i remember the dates and times is because i have this big calendar that i made and wrote everything down on it. i even write down how much i made at the end of my delivery shifts. otherwise, my mushy dead brain wouldn't handle it.
