so i haven't left my apartment since 3:30 p.m. yesterday when i walked to h-e-b to get some bread, beer and toothpaste. and i won't be leaving my apartment again until about 3 p.m. tomorrow when i head to austin for work. how i will get there is still kind of a mystery to me. but i'll find a way. sigh.
on the other hand, i've been watching way too much tv when i should be reading. i read the first five chapters of travels with lizbeth yesterday. it's really good. i'm so loving larry for lending it to me. i hope to finish it by the end of the week, unless work gets too much in the way, in which case i'll finish reading it next weekend.
oh yeah, and i've discoverd why i haven't stopped watching the simpsons. in one of today's episodes, homer said the following line: "what are you laughing at? if you say jimmy fallon, i'll know you're lying!"
