honey bears rock

so things have been kinda uneventful in a dramatic kind of way. i found out monday that my car will not be ready until may 27. which sucks. so i'm relying on rides to and from work and trying to get people to let me stay at their places. melinda so far has been gracious enough to let me crash at her place. and jorge was great for taking me to san marcos today so i could pack up some things for my 2.5 week nomadcy.

things at work have been a little weird. besides staying late every day (which is expected at this point), there's been a bit of shocking drama among the locals. yeah. completely unexpected. dumbfounding, even. yeah. that's all i'll say.

and i have to go down to kyle tomorrow to take care of some business. could i make that sound more ominous? i probably could ... meh.

i do feel bad for having canceled on rebecca for the past two days for our lunch dates. hopefully i can rectify that sitch on saturday, since work will probably be happening on sunday.
