fucked up hokey pokey

it seemed like lately i had been making vast strides forward. well, of course, anytime that happens, i tend to take vast strides backwards. that's how i feel now; backwards. i don't know how else to explain it. and i'd rather not elaborate. but yeah. backwards. and not in a good way. that's all.
