So I've gotten dicked over by fast food twice in the past week.
I ordered pizza from Domino's online two Saturdays ago. I paid online. When the delivery guy showed up, he said it didn't go through and that I had to pay with cash or check or I could give him my card info and they'd run it again. Stupid, drunk me, I gave him my card info. Two days later, I was viewing my account online and saw they charged me twice. I called said Domino's and told them what the fuck. The manager told me there was nothing they could do since the money had already gone through. I asked if there was like a free pizza list or anyway I could get reimbursed for paying twice for what I ordered. He said no and promptly hung up on me. Another stupid Mando mistake, I forgot to ask for the manager's name. This is why I was never a good reporter.
Then on Thursday, I got a fish sandwich from Whataburger. I paid with my card. I should've known something was up when they didn't give me a receipt. I checked online, and I saw that they had charged me $10 more than what I already paid. They also said they couldn't do anything about it.
What have I learned from all this? I have an even bigger love/HATE relationship with fast food. And I'm never using my card at fast food places again, even if it means having to go out of my way to go to the ATM first. So yeah, fuck.

They could do something about it, they just didn't want to. I'd be down at the Whataburger ripping the manager a new asshole for my $10.
you should definitely go down there and complain, because they can credit your account. i've had this problem before, when johnny carino's slipped in an extra 7 and charged me $77 instead of $7 (i didn't find out until a month later), so i complained and they corrected it and credited my account for $70. just bug them and don't leave them alone until they fix it.
