Now how will I awaken from my drunken haze?

I broke my alarm clock this morning, inadvertantly and not on purpose. As many of you know, the last time I worked day shift, I broke many an alarm clock. Hell, I should've bought stock or something, I went through them like crazy. Because, you know, I'd awaken to the beeping, still be drunk, and I'd take my anger out on the poor alarm clock buy flinging it across the room as hard as I could, thus breaking such. This happened many time over the course of November 2004. It all changed in December, and for the most part since, I've only gone through three alarm clocks. The one I broke today I've had since March. I may have dropped it a couple of times along the way, as a result of it being so close to the edge of my bedstand and me usually being so groggy that when I'm hitting the snooze button, I kind of make it go over the edge. That happened a lot with this alarm clock, and I'm sure that's why when it plummeted this morning, it decided that would be the end of its life. Let's mourn the alarm clock, for it cannot be replaced until next week. But this brings up the question as to how I will wake up for work Monday morning, seeing as how my cell phone alarm is very tepid. Meh.
