this is how the story goes

So those of you who read this may have noticed that my posts have been few and far between for the month of October. That was due to, well, me being overworked (kinda like the title of this blog implies). Last month was just incredibly busy at the full-time job, and due to some slacking on my part, I got behind on some of my freelance projects early on in the month, which resulted in me having to work twice as hard to get those done by deadline. So yeah. Nothing dramtic here. I wasn't in the hospital recovering from an attack by Galatactus. I wasn't giving birth to the child of some superhero I happen to be sleeping with. I wasn't off planet trying to save the universe from imploding on itself. Nope. Just me. And work. 4Eva. Yeah. Things are still kinda hectic at the FT, but I'm hoping some of that will trail off after this week. Then I can get back to blogging while at work, because isn't that what FT's are for? So yeah. That's all. I need to catch up on my Gawker right now while I still have a semblance of downtime while my supervisor is in a meeting. Maybe I'll even be able to get some Page Six action in. Woo!
