Spring cleaning

So I've been doing some cleaning and rearranging around my place. I rearranged my bedroom, and I'm finally going to take tons of clothes over to Goodwill or Salvation Army or someplace. Saturday was a little busy for me, shopping-wise. Bought some plates, glasses, and a tea kettle at Goodwill, and some tupperware and more glasses at Savers. I also bought a way cool coffee table at Austin Modern Vintage at North Loop and 53rd. I also finally bought some fans: Mr. Oscil-lots for my bedroom and L.R. Oscil-lots for the living room. L.R. even has his own theme song.* I've also decided to get rid of my magazine collection. It just makes sense. I mean, most of the magazines I had were ones that I bought for story ideas or design ideas when I worked for newspapers. But, you know, that's not my career anymore. So I've started sorting through them to see if there's any I want to keep or anything I want to tear out of the ones that I'll be tossing. It's a little depressing, but hopefully in a cathartic kind of way. Anyway. That's all.
