Irony at work in Austin
I've been watching News 8 Austin for a bit today, and this one story just keeps popping out at me as the most ironic thing in a while. I mean, really, a margarita contest to benefit a children's shelter that houses abandoned, abused, and neglected children. Because, you know, most of those children are abandoned, abused, and neglected because of alcohol. It's ironic and depressing. Good night, folks.
