Lesson: learned the hard way

Note to self: the express lane at H-E-B is rarely ever express-like. Especially when the people in front of you have more than 10 items, pay by check (not that there's anything wrong with that; I do it from time to time), and make returns (instead of going about it the right way). Next time, follow the hot guy to the shorter lane.
