if one more person gives me a sad "awww" when i tell them i'm staying in austin instead of going to brownsville to be with family for christmas, i'm going to fucking shoot them. i don't get along with my family, especially at the holidays, when they get extra "you're a worthless person, you know that, right?" and list off all the reasons why i'm so horrible. yeah. thanks, but no. i'll stay in my apartment, watch 24-hours of a christmas story on tnt, and actually have a smile on my face instead of angrily driving back up to austin.
