earlier today, a friend i hadn't spoken to in a while called to wish me a (very) belated happy birthday. when she asked how i was doing, i said "five by five, yo." completely unconscious.

*from buffy. also, all the time faith's been around, and she never got a fucking last name? that's just fucking rude. i mean, parker had a last name, and he was only in a couple of episodes! even cassie, the semi-precog girl who came back as an incarnation of the first, had a frakking last name! gah.
