donations (aka a jinx/pox on mando)

so i shouldn't have ever said that things are starting to come up mando. you know why?

i got the fucking flu!

and not just that. i'm starting to develop bronchitis, too! since i don't have insurance, i had to go to a minor emergency clinic. and when you walk in, they had a sign saying that if you were running a fever or had a cough (both of which i had) to put a mask on. i had to put a mask on. it was a little embarrassing. but i can understand why the need to put the masks on. sigh. plus, i thought my fever broke last night, but no. had a fever of 103. then, the doctor (who was kinda cute) said that he wanted to take some blood to make sure i just had the flu and wasn't starting to develop any bacterial infection.

i knew the answer before the blood work came back. yesterday, when i was spitting up mucus that was draining, it was clear. when i spat out some today, it was yellow-ish. when you've had bronchitis as much as i have, you know that any time your mucus isn't clear, you have a bacterial infection of some sort.

sigh. so now, with the doctor's visit, the antibiotics, and the tylenol i had to buy, well, i'm broke. ok, not quite. i have $7 and some odd change. but, uh, yeah. i don't get my first paycheck from the delivery job until next friday (and even then, it'll only be about $100). and even though i probably shouldn't do my shift tonight, i still am. and i start my seasonal job on monday. so, yeah. i need money. whatever any of you, dear readers, can spare, i'll gladly take it. and any money donated will be strictly a loan, and once i get my first check from my seasonal job, i'll pay said money back.
