let us recap the past couple of days.
wednesday was halfsies at work, and i was outta there by 11:30 a.m. and i was drunk by 5 p.m. and again missed medium. i'll just have to bit torrent it again. gah.
thursday, after doing some cleaning up around the apartment (read: i finally cleaned up my patio which has been gathering leaves since i moved in late july '05 and got rid of a bunch of shit dating back to high school that held no sentimental value), i had the traditional quartermaine thanksgiving meal* of pizza. i classed it up with some shiner blonde and two discs of degrassi junior high (oh, stephanie kaye, how i missed your grade-8 sluttiness).
today, some more cleaning up and more importing my cds to slim. a kinda awkward trip to fry's with the ex (which i instigated), and now i'm gonna watch national lampoon's european vacation. then probably some cremaster 3. then, maybe it'll be time to hit continental for the pong/cat scientist show.
tomorrow, the weekend.
*for those who don't watch general hospital, let me inform you of the quartermaines. they are the rich, uppity family of the fictional city of port charles, new york. and every thanksgiving, they try to have turkey and all the fixin's, but something goes awry and they end up having to order pizza. it's all very comical and it makes me sad that abc has stopped doing thanksgiving episodes of GH because that was often the only good thing about thanksgiving for me.

cleaning? have you acquired a vacuum yet?? gives me the heebies jeebies to think how dusty your crevices must be.
hmmm....probably not a good thing to say in mixed company. hehe
no vacuum yet. that'll be yet another x-mas present to myself.
and i'm all about making mixed company uncomfortable. heh.
