hot baking action

i've been baking tonight, which i love to do because it's so noncommittal. you just stir some shit up, pour it into something, stick it in the oven, set your timer, and walk away, only going back when you either smell something burning or the timer stops clucking. and then, voila, baked numminess. plus, in this cold weather, it adds an extra layer of warmness (for those of us with shitty apartments where cold air still wafts in, especially in the living room). have a good friday night.
